Trail-Ready Process & Terms

We make renting gear straightforward. Every reservation includes technical handover, inspection checklist, and flexible pickup times from our Wilderness Trail base.

Sanitized & Inspected GuaranteeAll tents, sleeping setups, watercraft, and cooking kits are sanitized and verified before leaving our warehouse.

Pickups and returns occur at our main outpost at 123 Wilderness Trail between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM Monday through Saturday. Our team walks through an equipment checklist, demonstrates key functions, and ensures vehicle hitch or rack compatibility before you drive away.

Everything you need to know about gear pickup, security deposits, tow requirements, and flexible adventure bookings.

Every reservation requires a valid government-issued photo ID and the primary cardholder present during pickup. Our team conducts a complete 10-minute walk-through to inspect equipment condition, adjust gear fit (such as kayak PFDs or trekking pole sizing), and review safe operating instructions before you hit the trail.
